Catering for students from 6 years upwards. Classes are on Wednesday and Friday in St. Joseph’s Primary School Hall, Railway Street. Junior classes are at 6:30PM and 7:15PM and Seniors 8:30PM. We cover self defence, fitness and competitions both national and international.

The association was formed in 2005 and provides a focal point for active people, of both sexes, who are retired,
to meet and engage in educational, cultural, and sporting activities. To promote the spirit of self-help and independence and to encourage members to use their energy, talents, skills, knowledge and experience to benefit each other and the community. To encourage a positive attitude to ageing and retirement. The association meet every Thursday morning from 10.30 a.m. in St. Mary's Community Centre, Trimgate St., Navan. | Navan Red Cross Friendship Club |
The Navan Red Cross Friendship Club has been running for over 50 years in Navan and provides a regular monthly meeting point for the over 60's.
Throughout the year the club arrange various visits to and from other over 60's groups around the country and also arrange various day trips here in ireland and also on ocasion trips abroad.
The Navan Red Cross Friendship Clup is free to join and is open to new members.
